Graduation Checklist

All prospective graduates, whether you plan to attend the ceremony or not, please review the steps below to properly prepare for graduation.

1.  Apply to graduate in Elucian through your student portal. If you have questions about the application process, please contact the Registrar’s Office: reg@gregorybgallagher.com; (262) 524-7208; or in person Voorhees - Room 204 | Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am -4:30pm DEADLINE TO APPLY IS MARCH 3!

2. Order your cap and gown package or jewelry you wish to send out online or attend Grad Fair on February 7 in the Ballroom, or the Josten’s Grad Premiere Day, March 3 in the Campus Center lobby

3. Mark your calendars to attend the following events :

     Feb 7, 2025: Grad Fair (Campus Center) | 4  - 7 p.m.

     March 3, 2025: Last Day to Order - Josten’s Grad Premiere Day (Campus Center) | 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

     April 15, 2025: Senior Sendoff Cap & Gown Pick up (Campus Center)  | 4 - 7 p.m.

     May 9, 2025: Baccalaureate Ecumenical Worship Service (Shattuck) | Line up 2:30 p.m. | Service 3 -4 p.m.

     May 9, 2025: Graduate Commencement Ceremony (Main Lawn) | Line up 4:30 p.m. | Ceremony 6:30 p.m.

     May 10, 2025: Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony (Main Lawn) | Line up 8:00 a.m. | Ceremony 10:30 a.m.

Baccalaureate: Blessing of the Graduates


This is a time for graduates to reflect on their formative years at Carroll University. The service honors Carroll's religious heritage and culminates with a special blessing for the Class of 2025. Guests from all religious traditions (or from none at all) are warmly invited to attend.
